We met our client for this project at one of the White House display home open days. Taking note of the design elements he liked from the display home, our Project Manager (Design) modified the floor plan, fixtures, and finishes to suit our client's style, budget, site conditions, and aspect.
Working closely with our client our Project Manager resolved bushfire performance solution requirements and worked around the protection zone of high conservation trees, preparing a cohesive custom home design that sits sympathetically in the landscape.
During construction, our Project Manager (Onsite) coordinated trades, and timeframes and ensured our quality standards were maintained. Utilising new to the state Oblique cladding from James Hardie the home has a modern edge that is the first of its kind in its location.
