Great news for first home buyers - The grant has been extended!

The Tasmanian Government has extended the $20 000 First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) for two additional years, from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2022.

The FHOG is a one-off payment for eligible applicants who buy or build a new home when the transaction meets the eligibility criteria.
