This new home is a beautiful example of a custom-designed project.

Focusing on function and personality, the design seamlessly integrates modern living with our clients’ style. Every element of the home has been carefully considered, from the choice of fixtures and finishes to the use of current colours, which enhance the ambiance and atmosphere of each room.

The building design showcases stunning features such as graceful archways and Velux skylights that invite natural light and add a touch of elegance. The high-pitched roofline emphasises the home’s airy, expansive feel, drawing the eye up to the pitch of the gables. Natural stone external elements bring warmth and texture, while the French pattern tiling to the porch, alfresco, and courtyard creates a striking visual contrast that elevates the home’s exterior. A seamless blend of brick veneer, lightweight materials, and stone cladding to the exterior, ensures durability while maintaining a refined, contemporary look.

Inside, the open-plan layout is defined by high ceilings, polished concrete floors, and VJ paneling, which contribute to the zoning of the spaces. The show-stopper is surely the joinery, with the use of profiled cabinetry, a range of muted greens, feature lighting, stone benchtops, and gold accessories that draw your attention to the kitchen and walk-in pantry.
